Solutions

Built for clinicians. Callable by software.

Radiologists, CIOs, vendor engineers, AI companies and researchers each ask a different question. Here is the answer for each.

Solutions by organization

PACS, RIS and VNA vendors

Can this fit our architecture without replacing it?

Yes, by design. Call a versioned criteria engine for the decision step and keep your viewer, worklist and archive. RIS, FHIR and HL7 paths exist today; DICOMweb is in development.

EHR, EMR and informatics teams

Can clinicians open this from Epic or Oracle Health?

Yes. RadVector Reporting launches from the EHR as a SMART on FHIR R4 app with the patient, order, prior reports and documents already in context, and a CDS Hooks 2.0 service returns imaging follow-up advice, silent until validated. One vendor-neutral gateway serves Epic, Oracle Health and other SMART-enabled EHRs.

AI and foundation-model companies

Can this give our model domain capability we do not want to maintain?

RadVector API is a callable, versioned radiology criteria layer with provenance and explicit deferrals, designed to be used as a tool by general-purpose models and agents.

Modality manufacturers

What happens after acquisition?

A scanner sees context downstream systems lose. Carrying it into criteria, comparison and reporting is an integration direction iTech wants to build with manufacturers.

Hospitals and imaging centers

Will this actually help our radiologists?

RadVector Reporting builds reports from the radiologist's own findings, runs deterministic and AI checks, cites guidance and keeps the radiologist in control, with group governance, analytics and a BAA for PHI-permitting plans.

Research and academic groups

Can we apply criteria consistently at scale?

Versioned, validated criteria with a trace id on every verdict make it possible to apply the same rules across de-identified datasets and report exactly which version was used.

Software developers

Can I call it?

Yes. Read the public API reference with no account, mint a key in the developer portal, and start with a free monthly allowance of decisions.
